London Servers
We are experiencing network problem affecting London Servers. 13:59 GMT: The issue is now resolved. There was a corrupted VLAN database on one of the core routers within the datacenter. It was repaired and systems are now online.
Planned network downtime

Stream1 will be taken off-line for a RAM upgrade. Expected downtime is around 30 minutes. During this time the server will be unreachable. All streams will be restarted once the upgrade is complete.

Stream1 and Web1 will be taken off-line while network infrastructure in the data centre is upgraded. Expected downtime is around 2 - 3 hours. During this time the servers will be unreachable. All services will be restored once the upgrade is complete.
This upgrade provides the servers with better failover support, IPv6 support and future proofing.

An air conditioning failure at the data centre caused the Storage Area Network supporting our London servers to fail. This resulted in our servers being unreachable between 26th June 18:50 to 27th June 04:57. This should never have happened as there should be enough redundancy in the data centre air conditioning to cope with any failure. We are speaking to our provider to find out more.

We experienced a small mySQL error on Stream1. The database has been repaired and all systems are operating properly again.
