Where to Find It
Your Stream Machine dashboard is on your service page in the client area. Navigate to Services > My Services and click on your Stream Machine service.
The Status Diagram
The dashboard shows a live diagram with your Primary server on the left, your Backup server on the right, and a listener count in the centre. Each server shows one of three states:
- Live (green) — the server is online and your encoder is connected. An animated signal flow shows audio reaching listeners.
- Encoder Off (amber) — the server is online but your encoder is not currently connected.
- Unreachable (red) — the server is not responding. If this is the active server, automatic failover will trigger.
The server currently serving your listeners is marked with a blue Active badge.
Stream URL & Panel Links
Below the diagram you'll find:
- Your Stream URL with a copy button — this is the URL to share with listeners.
- Direct links to your Primary and Backup MediaCP panels — click these to manage your stream settings on each server.
Manual Failover Button
The Switch to Backup / Switch to Primary button lets you manually move listeners between servers. This is useful for testing or if you want to switch servers before planned maintenance.
Recent Events
The bottom of the dashboard shows a timeline of recent failover events, including automatic failovers, manual switches, and maintenance events, with timestamps.
Auto-Refresh
The dashboard updates automatically every 5 seconds. You do not need to refresh the page.
